Do you accept insurance?

Yes. For therapy, we accept Anthem, Aetna, Kaiser, United, Self-pay Amerigroup, Caresource, Medicaid, and Peachstate.

For evaluations, we accept Anthem, Aetna, United, Kaiser, and self-pay.

For medication, we accept, Anthem, Aetna, United, and self-pay. 

How do you manage insurance claims?

As a courtesy, if you are using insurance, we will obtain your insurance benefits. We file claims to your primary insurance company and apply charges in accordance with the Explanation of Benefits (EOB). We can provide a superbill for out of network clients to assist with reimbursement.

Are services confidential?

Yes, therapists are bound by ethical and legal standards to protect client confidentiality, with limited exceptions like mandated reporting of harm to self or others. 

How long do therapy sessions last?

A therapy session can last anywhere from 30-60 minutes. 

We are an appointment only office. At this time, we do not accept walk-ins.
